This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee daily order management (using Veeqo / Amazon Seller Central)

• Guarantee proper routing to the 3PL (Stock and Ship)

• Predict and address delays proactively to prevent impact on metrics

• Adjust handling time in accordance with actual data

• Verify tracking information and ensure system accuracy

• Create daily reports that include root-cause analysis of issues

• Alert stakeholders about potential risks before they escalate into problems

• Must reside in Brazil's North or Northeast region

• Must have or register as an MEI (Individual Micro-Entrepreneur)

• Should possess a computer and maintain a stable internet connection

• Must be genuinely available during U.S. working hours (Eastern Time)

• Must have a mobile phone accessible throughout the workday

• Intermediate proficiency in English (both reading and writing)

• Competence in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

• An analytical mindset
