Operations Analyst – Australian SMSF

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting with the daily administration and operational management of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for clients in Australia.

• Provide support with fund maintenance, transaction processing, reconciliations, compliance assistance, and audit preparation.

• Ensure precision and compliance with Australian regulatory standards.

• Prior experience with Australian SMSFs and platforms such as BGL Simple Fund 360 or Class Super is strongly preferred.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in SMSF administration, superannuation operations, fund administration, or related roles within the Australian financial services sector.

• Previous experience supporting Australian SMSF clients is highly desirable.

• Understanding of Australian superannuation and SMSF processes.

• Proficiency in using BGL Simple Fund 360, Class Super, SuperMate, or similar SMSF platforms.

• Strong grasp of reconciliations, transaction processing, and financial record maintenance.

• Skills in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Organization: Capability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive financial information with care.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience working remotely with Australian accounting, SMSF, or financial services firms is a plus.
