This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Execute batch and job operations, including the monitoring and execution of tasks.

• Work during the third shift, including one weekend each month.

• Monitor and report job statuses (such as long-running jobs, failures, and abends) in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) across all supported zones.

• Manage job streams and flows, promptly reporting errors or delays to support teams.

• Oversee Mainframe connectivity and implement necessary adjustments.

• Create, execute, and modify jobs and schedules within TWS and RunMyJobs (RMJ).

• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure precise scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of workflows.

• Track support queues using ServiceNow and Jira, while maintaining KPIs for incidents, requests, and change tasks.

• Work in close coordination with teams based in South America, North America, and India.

• Demonstrated experience in batch and job operations.

• Proficiency in tools such as TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler), RMJ (RunMyJobs), Jira, and ServiceNow.

• Intermediate proficiency in English, capable of participating in meetings and communicating via Teams.

• Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes weekend shifts.
