Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily payment operations (both payins and payouts) to ensure precision and efficiency across various markets.

• Examine transaction data to identify issues, anomalies, or opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, IT, Finance, Compliance, Reconciliation) and external partners to address operational incidents.

• Monitor KPIs such as approval rates, processing times, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational SLAs.

• Assist in reconciliation processes between merchants, partners, and internal systems.

• Create operational reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

• Recognize and suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in operations within the Fintech sector.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret extensive datasets.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
