Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a balance between project management (60%) and operational analytics (40%) by developing implementation plans, monitoring milestones, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

• Convert raw data into clear reports, interactive dashboards, and essential performance metrics to support decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity through thorough validation and analysis.

• Identify operational risks, trends, and growth opportunities.

• Provide straightforward, strategic recommendations.

• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and dependable execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• A proven history of delivering complex projects is preferred.

• Ability to exercise decisive judgment with minimal supervision is preferred.
