This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily operations related to acquisitions, sales, and catalogue management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are tracked across various teams.

• Oversee the execution of contracts and keep an eye on payment schedules, deadlines, and reporting responsibilities.

• Manage the technical delivery of masters, subtitles, quality control reports, marketing materials, and associated assets.

• Assist in creating marketing and sales materials, such as presentations, press kits, key visuals, and promotional content.

• Handle communication with buyers and partners, as well as maintain contact databases and CRM records.

• Supervise the secure distribution of screeners and keep catalogue and rights documentation updated.

• Generate regular reports regarding deal progress, deliveries, payments, and buyer activities.

• Coordinate subtitling and dubbing processes with external vendors to ensure timely localization.

• Serve as the operational link between the Head of Film Distribution, Licensing Manager, Programming Manager, legal, finance, marketing, and external collaborators.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in media, entertainment, or content licensing/distribution.

• Understanding of the Film Distribution lifecycle.

• Familiarity with project management tools.

• Knowledge of rights management systems.

• Experience in comprehensive project coordination.

• Awareness of Traffic, Shipping, and Localization workflows is a plus.

• Proficient in contract administration and rights/licensing documentation.

• Proficiency in English (business level).

• Ability to track deals and payment milestones.

• Experience managing CRM and contact databases.

• Coordination of technical deliveries (masters, subtitles, quality control, metadata).

• Familiarity with revenue and reporting tools (invoicing, royalty/revenue-share statements).

• Skilled in using project/task tracking systems and spreadsheets.

• Capable of cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management involving legal, finance, marketing, and external partners.

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent deals and deadlines.

• Proactive in identifying and escalating risks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with buyers and partners.

• Meticulous attention to detail in contracts, assets, and reporting.
