Operations AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current business processes and pinpoint areas where repetitive operational tasks can be automated.

• Design, create, and continually enhance AI-driven workflows utilizing contemporary automation platforms.

• Work closely with the business owner to transform operational concepts into effective AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain automation across project management, administrative tasks, customer communication, and internal workflows.

• Create and refine workflows within ClickUp, including project templates, automations, dashboards, and tracking milestones.

• Investigate and assess new AI tools to uncover opportunities that enhance productivity and overall business performance.

• Document processes, workflows, and automation logic to ensure systems are scalable and maintainable.

• Monitor the performance of automation and suggest ongoing enhancements.

• Assist in the implementation of AI-based customer communication tools, including voice AI and conversational AI applications.

• Provide operational support across various business functions as new systems are rolled out.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, business support, project coordination, or process enhancement.

• Strong comprehension of how operational workflows operate within a scaling business.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar to boost work efficiency.

• Experience in building automations with platforms like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or other no-code/low-code automation solutions.

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to streamline complex workflows.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn new AI technologies.

• Highly Desirable:

• Experience in implementing AI agents or conversational AI.

• Knowledge of APIs and connecting various software platforms.

• Experience with CRM, project management, or business operations systems.

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.

• Experience in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational processes.

• Exposure to the construction, manufacturing, property, or related sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
