This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the foundational daily operations of the Foundation, encompassing areas such as administrative support, human resources, finance/accounting, legal, social/marketing, and business development.
• Organize and maintain files and records, manage accounts, and create and enhance documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the job posting process, screen candidates, and manage the applicant pipeline; send out offer letters and agreements; handle payment processing and tracking for the team.
• Prepare customer invoices and record payments/expenses; collaborate closely with the CFO on bookkeeping tasks (experience with QuickBooks Online is highly desirable!).
• Maintain records; prepare legal documents and complete various applications as needed.
• Engage with our community on platforms like Discord and Twitter; assist in managing social media accounts; work together with others on marketing campaigns and social events.
• Follow up with customers and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• A quick learner enthusiastic about the transformative potential of crypto and blockchain technology.
• Inquisitive, communicative, and resourceful—able to independently seek answers and information, while also comfortable asking questions and requesting assistance when necessary.
• A proactive individual who takes initiative to resolve issues: not just completing tasks but seeking improvements.
• Eager to collaborate with a small team to make this operations-focused role uniquely yours.
• Tech-savvy: adept with various software and technologies for work and communication (such as Discord, Notion, and Telegram) and open to testing new software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities; a true team player.
• Familiar with remote work dynamics; comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones.
• Proud owner of a cold wallet.
• Nice to have: Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly within a blockchain or cryptocurrency startup.
• Experience working with DAOs and/or open-source communities.
• Previous employment in a tech or software company.
• Experience with crypto assets, including buying, selling, and trading.
