This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee and prioritize accounts to deliver proactive business solutions.
• Secure the right to conduct business with hospital and laboratory accounts within the designated region.
• Build relationships with vendors, understand entity requirements, and implement best practices for business operations in the assigned territory.
• Identify key laboratory decision-makers and facilitate their engagement.
• Communicate and provide education in a compliant manner via phone, virtual meetings, and email.
• Collaborate with Senior Strategic Solutions Managers, sales teams, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality, customer-oriented service delivery.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in hospital administration and laboratory-related fields.
• Track activities in Salesforce and fulfill other deliverables.
• Achieve or surpass assigned deliverables, team goals, and initiatives within management timelines.
• Review progress, strategic challenges, and opportunities with leadership.
• Stay informed about Caris offerings, the competitive landscape, and issues related to hospital/laboratory administration.
• Accurately submit required documentation, business plans, reports, and expenses in a timely manner.
• Undertake ancillary projects and other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, life sciences, or a related field, and/or at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in successfully executing business-solution initiatives, managing complex situations, and problem-solving.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing timelines, projects, documentation, tracking progress, and conflict resolution.
• Capability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and manage various projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, matrixed environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, internal sales teams, and cross-functional departments.
• Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, reporting tools such as Tableau, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective team player with people management skills.
• Must adhere to HIPAA and other compliance guidelines.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital systems and pathology networks is preferred.
• Established relationships within the hospital, laboratory, and pathology sectors are preferred.
