This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Operate and enhance the security enterprise platforms by implementing effective controls, detection measures, monitoring, and incident response strategies.
• Configure and oversee IAM, access controls, and contextual access policies following least-privilege principles and secure access standards.
• Manage and sustain the company’s MDM/EDR capabilities, ensuring endpoint visibility, comprehensive policy coverage, timely updates, and organization-wide utilization.
• Evaluate new tools, workflows, and third-party integrations, including SaaS, AI tools, MCPs, and plugins, while offering practical security advice to mitigate operational risks and support business objectives.
• Lead and enhance the company’s security awareness program, providing users with practical guidance and support to operate safely.
• Monitor emerging attacks, vulnerabilities, and threat actor methodologies, transforming that knowledge into actionable defensive improvements across the organization.
• Utilize adversarial thinking and practical threat modeling to pinpoint realistic attack paths and bolster operational resilience within user workflows, enterprise tools, and internal systems.
• Assist in defining and refining security policies, standards, best practices, and configuration baselines for internal systems and business tools.
• Proficiency in English.
• Extensive hands-on experience in securing and operating enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, contextual access controls, and secure administration of critical business systems.
• Experience in operating MDM/EDR and other endpoint security measures.
• Proven track record in responding to security incidents, compromises, and breaches.
• Advanced cybersecurity experience, including familiarity with sophisticated threat actors, modern attacker methodologies, and the ability to apply an adversarial perspective to defensive efforts.
• Experience in conducting practical threat modeling with real operational implications.
• Ability to assess the security of third-party tools, integrations, and emerging technologies introduced into the organization.
• Competence in performing open-source threat intelligence activities relevant to current threats and company vulnerabilities.
• Strong communication skills and capability for cross-functional collaboration.
