This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong, +2 more countries.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Create and maintain risk awareness and training materials.
• Aid in the establishment and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Produce risk reports and materials for senior management and Board Committees.
• Collaborate with Risk Champions and Risk Owners to provide guidance and consolidate risk reporting across business units.
• Aggregate operational risk incidents from regional entities and conduct trend analysis and thematic reviews.
• Support regional teams in the establishment and maintenance of KRIs.
• Oversee regional risk management activities.
• Assist with product risk assessments for crypto and digital asset products.
• Validate controls and oversee the implementation of remediation actions.
• Perform risk assessments for new products, services, and business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KRI matrices across global and regional risk functions.
• Contribute to operational risk programs including Third-Party Risk Management, Incident Management, and Business Continuity Planning.
• Create risk dashboards, management reports, and perform risk analytics.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and undertake ad hoc assignments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, Advisory, Financial Services, or Product Risk Management.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets/cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms and database management systems is advantageous.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Superior interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in supporting ERMF implementation and governance is preferred.
• Knowledge of RCSA, KRIs, incident management, and risk reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations in financial institutions, fintech, or digital asset businesses is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CRISC, CIA, or equivalent are beneficial.
