This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Supervising the control, inspection, preparedness, and lifecycle management of foundation installation equipment.
• Ensuring that fleet assets are kept in alignment with operational, safety, and quality standards.
• Leading the processes for inspections, maintaining inventory accuracy, and reporting on machine conditions.
• Overseeing procurement and lifecycle planning through the analysis of asset conditions.
• Promoting the disciplined use of MaintainX across relevant workflows to enhance asset visibility.
• Extensive experience with heavy machinery, construction equipment, or specialized foundation installation tools.
• Background in fleet operations, equipment inspections, maintenance coordination, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of workshop operations, QA/QC processes, and HSE compliance standards.
• Proven experience in leading technical or operational teams within a dynamic project environment.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Enhancements to operational processes.
