Operational Process Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Document and uphold comprehensive business processes and data flows utilizing standardized modeling tools.

• Convert current-state processes into coherent visual representations and assist in future-state process design projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect requirements and aid in the design and enhancement of processes, systems, training, and communication efforts.

• Perform process and quality evaluations to pinpoint risks, gaps, and compliance issues.

• Assist in small to medium-scale process improvement projects and monitor the effectiveness of implemented modifications.

• Examine process data and documentation to uncover opportunities for operational enhancement.

• Facilitate audit preparedness by ensuring that process documentation is precise, comprehensive, and in line with regulatory standards.

• Revise and update procedural documents to accurately reflect approved process adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, life sciences, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role (equivalent to 2+ years).

• Preferred experience in process analysis, process mapping, quality systems, or operational support within complex or regulated settings.

• Preferred clinical research experience throughout various phases of the study lifecycle.

• Proficiency in BPMN/process mapping.

• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, clinical, pharma, etc.).

• Capability to convert processes into models and documentation.

• Practical experience in executing process improvements.
