This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will play a key role in facilitating a smooth transition for our largest clients, serving as their dedicated Alan expert during the vital onboarding stage.
• You will swiftly establish trusted relationships with essential stakeholders, proactively recognizing and addressing potential issues before they occur, while driving necessary internal changes.
• Your main objective will be to manage administrative requests in an effective, enjoyable, and timely manner. You will conduct comprehensive onboarding workshops and offer hands-on training for HR and payroll administrators on Alan’s dashboard, while overseeing complex processes such as payroll integration, employee enrollment, and billing configuration.
• All Operational Onboarding Managers engage in specific projects beyond their routine tasks, contributing to process enhancements, tool optimization, and organizational strategies. You will collaborate actively with teams including Key Account Management, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales, and Engineering to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience and proactively tackle any issues.
• A genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and finding satisfaction in resolving member challenges.
• Proficiency in both French and English (full professional proficiency, written and spoken).
• Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
• At ease engaging with members through all channels—email, video calls, and phone.
• Possess natural empathy and a calm, reassuring demeanor in interactions.
• Proactive and capable of transforming ideas into actionable steps.
• Flourish in collaborative settings where you can both acquire and share knowledge.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the French healthcare system (not mandatory — training will be provided).
• Experience in customer-facing roles: Previous exposure in B2B customer-facing positions such as Customer Success, training/teaching, or communications.
• Self-sufficient, motivated, well-organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and mission-oriented.
• Comfortable navigating complex or new subjects; experience in intricate environments or a strong academic background.
