Operational Intelligence Analyst, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development, upkeep, and enhancement of operational dashboards along with key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Organize, cross-reference, and analyze extensive data sets to uncover bottlenecks, trends, and potential business opportunities.

• Provide operational teams with actionable insights designed to enhance and automate daily processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with SQL (Required): Capability to construct queries.

• Previous exposure to BI/Analytics tools: Direct experience with Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
