Global Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Utilize source tools to detect and track incidents and potential threats on a global scale.

• Recognize events that may impact business continuity and the safety of customers and their staff.

• Effectively and urgently communicate critical information, providing updates as required.

• Deliver information with the utmost accuracy and promptness.

• Work in collaboration with the Global Intelligence team to consistently refresh sources and uphold monitoring and knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional business experience, especially in roles that require analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities based on established criteria.

• Proficient in assessing situations, setting priorities, and delivering accurate information with urgency.

• General awareness of current events.

• Familiarity with existing social media platforms.

• Capacity to learn and utilize a variety of tools and systems.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a larger team.

• Openness to give and receive feedback regarding product, process, and performance.

• Language skills are advantageous.

• Commitment to an agreed-upon shift in a 24/7 team, with the flexibility for evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
