This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, guide, and support initiatives across the enterprise aimed at enhancing team member safety, quality, efficiency, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and variability throughout operations.
• Collaborate with senior site leadership to meet and maintain Kenco Operating System maturity targets.
• Oversee and monitor value creation initiatives, offering recommendations to optimize ROI.
• Direct Hoshin planning activities and implement Lean systems across the organization.
• Spearhead the execution of Kenco’s Minimum Requirements at startup and priority locations.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and establish sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops focused on the Kenco Operating System, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
• Propel organizational change management and the adoption of new processes, systems, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with executives and senior leaders to ensure initiatives align with long-term strategic goals.
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders in Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, engineering, or a related discipline is necessary.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to convey complex, enterprise-wide concepts to executives, cross-functional leaders, and diverse teams.
• Proven success in driving operational excellence by mentoring and guiding leaders and teams to achieve strategic and measurable outcomes.
• Expert facilitation skills for leading large-scale workshops, Kaizen events, and executive-level discussions.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced expertise in change management.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Valid passport is required for travel to Canada or Mexico.
• Anticipated travel of approximately 75% or more.
