Operational Excellence Consultant – Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Contribute significantly to the advancement of AOS.

• Assist teams in making an impact and achieving substantial improvements.

• Coach AOS behaviors to empower Honeywell Aerospace to reach new heights together.

• Collaborate closely with site-level AOS leaders and business stakeholders.

• Develop the AOS roadmap and synchronize strategic priorities.

• Enhance end-to-end business and supply chain processes including procurement, production, distribution, and logistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience, with over 4 years in a leadership role involving Lean Manufacturing, Lean Business Systems, Consultancy, or Operational Excellence.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% for business requirements.

• 4 or more years of pertinent leadership experience in Lean manufacturing, Lean supply chain, or strategic change initiatives.

• Master Practitioner level proficiency in essential Lean tools.

• Practical experience in organizing and facilitating Kaizen events and improvement workshops, as well as coaching and supporting change efforts.

• Strong background in Lean manufacturing, demonstrating a successful record in implementation and change management.

• Proven people leadership experience in offering guidance, coaching, and mentoring to direct and/or indirect reports.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to inspire change and influence without formal authority.

• Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software tools.

• Extensive knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
