This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage customer inquiries through the Ticketing system or Email.
• Oversee the Organisation's Infrastructure and Applications using Monitoring Tools and Email notifications.
• Provide first-level support for customer inquiries and confirm receipt of requests.
• Timely escalate alarms and issues to the appropriate next level.
• Generate reports and keep stakeholders informed within the organisation.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in the Telecom/IT sector.
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Linux (Command Line Interface).
• Basic to Intermediate understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Databases such as SQL and ORACLE.
• Basic understanding of Telecommunications (GSM, Mobile Networks).
• Fundamental knowledge of Operating Systems and MS Office Applications.
• 24/7 Shifts.
• Work Mode: WFO.
