Operation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide operational support for client projects on-site

• Analyze current processes, structures, and workflows

• Assist in the introduction and implementation of new leadership and organizational frameworks

• Offer support and coaching to managers in daily operations

• Facilitate discussions with both employees and managers

• Identify areas for improvement in processes, communication, and collaboration

• Execute defined measures in collaboration with the client

• Aid in the establishment of KPI and reporting frameworks

• Prepare project reports, status updates, and actionable recommendations

• Ensure effective communication among the client, project team, and Reflectis Group

• Contribute to the development of internal standards, processes, and project methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, project management, change management, or a similar operational leadership position

• Solid understanding of business processes, leadership, organizational structure, and key performance indicators

• Initial experience in leading, supporting, or developing teams

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor

• Organized, independent, and responsible approach to work

• Ability to analyze issues and implement practical solutions

• Proficient in MS Office and digital project management tools

• Willingness to travel for client projects within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

• Valid Class B driver's license
