Operating Executive Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with our investment team to identify and capitalize on appealing acquisition opportunities throughout the U.S.

• Assume the role of President & CEO of the acquired firm following a successful acquisition.

• Take comprehensive ownership of strategic planning and operational management.

• Responsible for the overall P&L performance, crafting and implementing growth strategies, and overseeing the daily operations of the company.

• Collaborate closely with Prospect and the board of directors to define the long-term vision and value creation strategy for the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in senior management roles.

• A proven history of successful P&L management and/or experience as a CEO, President, or General Manager.

• Demonstrated capability to lead all facets of a business, including strategic planning, operations, financial management, and team development.

• A strong record of enhancing profitability and cash flow growth, with a focus on EBITDA generation.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to take on significant responsibilities, coupled with the discipline to manage fiduciary duties to a variety of stakeholders.

• A track record of proactively increasing revenue and improving profitability through business development and expansion initiatives.
