This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive fraud analysis on online purchases made both within and outside of Brazil.

• Review purchase/service requests to approve them and mitigate losses caused by fraud (CBK).

• Initiate telephone communication in English or Portuguese with clients when necessary.

• Perform large-scale analyses on purchase/service requests.

• Engage in screening, double-checking, reanalyses, prioritization, and specific client control groups.

• Participate in meetings for alignment, process improvement discussions, and professional and personal development.

• Respond to customer service demands regarding prioritization in analyses.

• Ensure that targets are met.
