This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist enterprise clients in the implementation of automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions.
• Acquire knowledge and provide guidance on container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, and microservices within container platforms.
• Cultivate relationships with essential business and IT stakeholders while guiding customer implementations.
• Suggest actions that enhance customers’ ongoing utilization of Red Hat technologies.
• Achieve Trusted Advisor status with both business and technical decision-makers.
• Conduct Technical Health Reviews and offer tailored technical recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Oversee Red Hat adoption, utilization, and Success Plan metrics, offering guidance during Quarterly Success reviews.
• Collaborate with Red Hat Technology, Product, and Technical Support teams to overcome technical challenges.
• Provide proactive updates during service degradation or interruptions.
• Advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high-severity issues.
• Deliver executive-level summary status reports both internally and to customers regarding high-severity cases.
• Work with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize renewal risks.
• Promote underutilized product features that could enhance customers’ businesses.
• Act as the customer advocate within Red Hat.
• Occasionally travel regionally to meet with customers.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a support, development, engineering, IT, or quality assurance role.
• Proficiency with enterprise cloud solutions, including OpenShift, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and strategic business drivers.
• Hands-on experience with various hardware vendors.
• Capability to handle multiple issues and projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and events within the region.
• Good understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field, preferably in computer science or engineering.
• Experience in DevOps environments.
