Open Enrollment Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold member and client-facing materials to address client requirements during open enrollment and plan initiation.

• Oversee project management concerning open enrollment resources and materials.

• Assist in processing client orders with vendors.

• Support the facilitation of open enrollment events.

• Evaluate trends for clients to enhance the implementation process of the OE program annually.

• Maintain close communication with Client Success teams to ensure a positive experience for clients.

• Effectively engage with key internal and external stakeholders via email, Zoom, and instant messaging platforms like Slack.

• Conduct feedback sessions with essential stakeholders and team members for program enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva. Experience with Google Suite, Airtable, WordPress, and Jira is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and projects daily, completing tasks with minimal supervision.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Quick learner, proactive, and enthusiastic about taking ownership of projects.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in teams.
