This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the site schedule in P6: create it in collaboration with the field team, update it based on field inputs, and ensure its accuracy.
β’ Conduct weekly lookaheads with superintendents and general contractors to ensure the three-week plan reflects the actual activities of the crews.
β’ Examine float, logic, and progress to identify potential delays well in advance of milestones.
β’ Align the schedule with commissioning sequences so that system turnover dates dictate construction priorities.
β’ You have experience scheduling large-scale industrial or mission-critical construction projects in P6, directly on site rather than from an office environment.
β’ You create schedules based on crew logic rather than relying on templates.
β’ You can identify an inaccurate progress update and back it up with data.
β’ You convey schedule risks in straightforward language that prompts action from superintendents.
β’ Bonus: Experience with data center constructions, pull planning, last planner techniques, earned value tracking, and commissioning schedule integration.
