This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the site schedule in P6: create it in collaboration with the field team, update it based on field inputs, and ensure its accuracy.

• Conduct weekly lookaheads with superintendents and general contractors to ensure the three-week plan reflects the actual activities of the crews.

• Examine float, logic, and progress to identify potential delays well in advance of milestones.

• Align the schedule with commissioning sequences so that system turnover dates dictate construction priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience scheduling large-scale industrial or mission-critical construction projects in P6, directly on site rather than from an office environment.

• You create schedules based on crew logic rather than relying on templates.

• You can identify an inaccurate progress update and back it up with data.

• You convey schedule risks in straightforward language that prompts action from superintendents.

• Bonus: Experience with data center constructions, pull planning, last planner techniques, earned value tracking, and commissioning schedule integration.
