Onsite Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute and finalize multiple projects concurrently

• Oversee project revenue, including profit and loss management

• Supervise staff members

• Manage facilities and equipment

• Oversee dispatch operations

• Travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities

• Perform work both indoors and outdoors as required

• Carry out physical tasks such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting weights of 25 pounds or more

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the rental equipment or construction sectors

• Willingness to travel as needed to perform job duties

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Competence in MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and the Wynne system

• Effective project management skills

• Capability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift weights of 25 pounds or more

• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments when necessary
