Onlinemarketing Manager – Fokus Affiliate, Teilzeit 20 Stunden

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the content and budget of the affiliate channel, collaborating with the marketing managers accountable for the bikes to further develop this area.

• Together with the team, you will identify new online marketing opportunities to enhance our brand visibility and increase sales.

• You will manage the budget and conduct continuous performance analysis based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, cancellation data, and more.

• Planning, executing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns to boost visibility and conversions will be key aspects of your role.

• Conducting international publisher research, communication, and onboarding will be part of your responsibilities.

• You will work closely with marketing managers from various experiences (e.g., Adventure, Race), as well as retail, content teams, designers, and partner management to align campaign content.

• Performing market and competitive analyses and deriving strategic recommendations will be essential.

• You will develop measures and strategically advance the affiliate channel.

• Expanding the network and optimizing processes will also be part of your duties.

• A completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a comparable qualification is required.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in affiliate or performance marketing is essential.

• Proficiency in using common affiliate network platforms is necessary.

• Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a basic technical understanding are important skills.

• You should possess a self-directed and structured working style with a strong focus on results.

• A passion for biking experiences, whether on road bikes, gravel bikes, MTBs, or in urban settings, is a must.
