
Online Student Preaching Intern – Undergraduate Ministries

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively engage and fully participate with the intern cohort to enhance their ability to articulate the gospel and deliver compelling messages (preaching) online.
• Contribute to achieving the intern cohort’s objectives for spiritual growth and transformation.
• Instruct students to love, study, and apply Scripture in their daily lives.
• Seek out opportunities to proclaim and exemplify the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Learn to model and support students and faculty in deepening their love for God's people across all ethnicities and cultures.
• Foster a prayerful lifestyle among students, particularly focusing on those who have not yet accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior.
• Engage positively with the supervision and training provided by your staff ministry trainer and/or director.
• Assist with reporting tasks as assigned.
• Act as an ambassador for InterVarsity to individual ministry partners and churches, through prayer and discussions regarding ministry efforts, mission, and achievements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
• A committed follower of Jesus Christ.
• Must annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement.
• A growing passion for evangelism.
• Exhibits leadership qualities in campus ministry such as initiative, self-awareness, cultural awareness, effective communication, professionalism, eagerness to learn, cross-cultural competence, teamwork, and relational maturity.
