This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, ensuring the accuracy, optimization, and compliance of all product listings.
• Create and enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, and imagery to boost conversion rates.
• Strategically plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, coupons, deals, and promotions to enhance visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouses and third-party logistics, and ensure product availability.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, ACOS, ROAS, rankings, and reviews, prepare reports, and suggest enhancements.
• Supervise reviews, ratings, and feedback while promptly addressing customer concerns.
• Conduct research on competitors, pricing trends, and category performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the growth of online sales across various digital platforms where Kramer products are available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central (experience with Vendor Central is a plus).
• Proven track record in managing Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (required).
• Familiarity with consumer electronics (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
