Online Special Education Teacher – Fully Virtual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) customized to the distinct strengths, needs, and aspirations of each student.

• Provide dynamic virtual instruction and support by leveraging innovative online tools and resources to address various learning styles and accessibility requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, therapists, and fellow educators to ensure a comprehensive and tailored approach to facilitating student success.

• Track student progress, monitor IEP goals, and modify strategies as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.

• Employ online assessment tools and reporting systems to record progress and communicate efficiently with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Special Education teaching license/certification in the state of Colorado.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in developing and executing individualized education programs (IEPs).

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment (preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in online teaching (preferred).
