Online Science Teacher – K-12 Support in Bio, Chem, Physics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver concise, real-time academic support to K-12 students.

• Emphasize direct, snapshot-style assistance for scientific concepts, theories, experiments, calculations, or assignments.

• Support students in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, and Physical Sciences.

• Redirect students needing extensive intervention back to their primary educator.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed tertiary qualification in: BSc. in Biological Sciences/Chemistry/Physical Sciences, or B.Ed FET with Science as a core module/major.

• Relevant degree.

• Exceptionally strong understanding across various disciplines and levels.

• Ability to think swiftly and articulate concepts clearly in real time.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Technical Requirements: Fibre internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).

• LAN-connected setup.

• i5 quad-core PC/laptop capable of running teaching software.

• UPS/back-up power solution.
