This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• You will take on the role of an Online Marketplace Administrator.
• Your direct report will be to the Sales Director.
• You will oversee all aspects of maintaining the freshness of Website content and design.
• Ensure that WooCommerce settings are backed up and fully operational.
• You will devise effective digital marketing plans aimed at generating revenue, enhancing brand loyalty, and boosting customer satisfaction.
• You will identify growth opportunities within existing e-commerce accounts and cultivate new B2B Marketplace clients.
• Your responsibilities will include utilizing raw data and managing channel campaigns to expand market share.
• You will manage product development aligned with future listing opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
• You will create and update website content for M Hub Enterprises and its associated brands.
• Plan, define, and implement changes and functional enhancements to the website.
• Define and execute e-commerce and marketing strategies.
• Continuously refine your skills to remain commercially and technologically savvy.
• Support the e-commerce logistics and warehousing team.
• Oversee the creation of marketing literature.
• Provide management with constructive feedback.
• Plan and prepare presentations.
• Work towards achieving revenue goals.
• Write reports documenting progress and results.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is optional.
• Demonstrated experience in building campaign strategies from the ground up.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools to capture essential metrics.
• Ability to establish tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Must be willing and available on short notice.
• A submissive and teachable spirit is essential.
• Experience working with data is required.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines is crucial.
• Manage AdWords, paid channels, and marketplaces.
• Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency.
• Establish targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Create and optimize landing pages to enhance signups.
• Develop and implement high-quality campaigns to surpass the competition.
• Monitor KPIs, set up, and measure campaigns across online channels.
• Conduct data analysis related to web traffic and other key metrics.
• Communicate developments, timelines, and results of campaigns.
• Derive meaningful insights from campaign data.
• Identify potential areas for improvement.
