Online Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement online marketing initiatives.

• Develop and enhance social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.

• Generate and refine content, including posts, blog entries, and case studies.

• Assist in shaping content strategy and establishing brand identity.

• Formulate and execute lead generation tactics.

• Track and improve campaign effectiveness, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates.

• Aid in managing paid advertising efforts such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

• Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems.

• Construct and oversee marketing funnels and automated workflows.

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing systems.

• Create, sustain, and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team for effective lead qualification.

• Assist in developing sales enablement resources.

• Work in close collaboration with sales and product development teams to support NAIRON's growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Initial experience (Junior) or multiple years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content creation.

• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Passion for AI, voice technology, and innovation.

• Fluent in German at a business or native level.

• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing.

• Preferred: Knowledge of performance marketing.

• Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
