Online Hindi Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging one-on-one online lessons through Microsoft Teams.

• Foster a supportive and personalized learning atmosphere that enhances student engagement, confidence, and achievement.

• Assign tasks and provide prompt feedback on academic performance, homework, and projects.

• Track student progress while maintaining accurate grades and academic records.

• Communicate professionally and proactively with students, families, and the LanguageBird team as necessary.

• Exhibit reliability, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.

• Engage in mandatory training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience teaching Hindi, either online or in a school environment.

• Native-like proficiency in Hindi is essential.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Preference for experience with middle school and/or high school students.

• Familiarity with educational technologies and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines and expectations.

• Availability during evening hours in U.S. time zones, preferably PST.
