Online Geometry Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist students in Geometry from middle school to college level.

• Provide tutoring across various math subjects from 6th grade to college.

• Conduct flexible and remote tutoring sessions.

• Maintain consistent communication with students and their parents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• At least 3 years of professional teaching or tutoring experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching or tutoring experience in the U.S.

• Must have taught or tutored within the last 2 years.

• At least 1 year of experience in online tutoring.

• Strong knowledge of the U.S. curriculum and grading standards.

• Expertise in Geometry is essential.

• Capability to tutor Math subjects ranging from 6th grade to college level.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Tutors available during peak hours (Monday through Thursday, 3 to 10 PM ET) are more likely to connect with additional students; broader weekday and weekend availability is advantageous.

• A fast and reliable internet connection is necessary.

• A computer or laptop equipped with a microphone and camera is required; a stylus pen is highly recommended for effective annotations.

• A quiet and professional environment is essential.
