Online ESL Teacher – Young Learners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging group English lessons for young learners using Zoom and WebEx, adhering to a defined curriculum.

• Ensure that learning is enjoyable, memorable, and effective.

• Availability required Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Beijing Time) and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Beijing Time).

• Dedicate 12 to 20 hours per week to teaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native English speakers (preferably from the USA).

• A valid 120-hour TESOL, TEFL certification or equivalent *(mandatory — no exceptions)*.

• At least 2 years of experience in online English teaching.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching groups of students.

• An energetic and enjoyable teaching style — a genuine passion for working with children.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.

• **Tech Requirements**

• **Computer:** Must have Intel® Core™ i5 or better, with a minimum of 8GB RAM.

• **Internet:** A high-speed connection (minimum 20 Mbps upload and download) — fibre/cabled connection preferred; connected via LAN cable.

• **Backup Power:** A UPS with adequate battery life for uninterrupted sessions (necessary if residing in an area prone to power interruptions).

• **Audio/Video:** A noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam are required.

• **Workspace:** A quiet, private, well-lit area designated for teaching.
