Online ESL Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Instruct English in an online environment

• Deliver high-quality, accessible educational experiences for students in China

• Work collaboratively with students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, learning styles, and interests

• Foster relationships with students to enhance their learning outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native level pronunciation

• Excellent communication abilities

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Prior experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) is preferred

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Access to an HD camera and microphone

• Bachelor's degree

• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent certification [REQUIRED]

• Fixed availability for a minimum of 6 months
