This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Instruct English language courses online

• Offer a high-quality, accessible educational experience for students in China

• Foster relationships with students to comprehend their strengths, weaknesses, learning preferences, and interests

• Work collaboratively with committed colleagues to address student-related matters

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native pronunciation is essential

• Excellent communication abilities

• Strong sense of accountability

• Prior experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) is preferred

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Availability of a HD camera and microphone

• Bachelor's degree

• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or an equivalent certification [REQUIRED]

• Must have a fixed schedule for at least 6 months
