This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

• Native or near-native pronunciation.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A commitment to accountability.

• Experience in Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) is preferred.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Access to a high-definition camera and microphone.

• Bachelor's degree.

• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent certification [REQUIRED].

• Availability for a fixed schedule for a minimum of 6 months.
