Online ESL Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions for Japanese learners utilizing our proprietary methods and teaching resources.

• Prepare and familiarize yourself with teaching materials prior to each lesson.

• Deliver constructive feedback throughout the lesson.

• Compose a lesson memo at the conclusion of each session.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or have completed any 4-year course (Undergraduates with ESL teaching experience are encouraged to apply!) or COLLEGE STUDENTS without ESL teaching experience! (LIMITED OFFER only)

• Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Hold English teaching certifications such as LET, TEYL, TESOL, or TEFL (not mandatory but advantageous).

• Have experience in teaching Japanese, IELTS, Writing, TOEFL, or TOEIC (not mandatory but advantageous).

• Exhibit passion, energy, and enthusiasm for teaching.

• Availability to meet the weekly teaching schedule commitment (each class lasts 25 minutes). We currently have a JHS peak hours schedule with a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week.
