This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement a structured and consistent weekly outreach process to propose the founder for speaking engagements, live events, and strategic podcast features—cultivating relationships and populating the calendar with suitable opportunities.

• Integrate various tools, operational workflows, and moving components across the organization to ensure seamless operations and prevent oversight.

• Take a proactive approach to task management, foresee administrative hurdles, and manage the background activities so the founder is free from daily coordination tasks.

• Support essential digital marketing efforts, helping to uphold a consistent, authentic, and engaging brand presence across all public platforms.

• Spiritual & Metaphysical Knowledge: You possess a thorough understanding of astrology and own (and utilize) a tarot deck.
