This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Recording incoming payments for our clients (property owners)

• Booking outgoing payments to the respective accounts in our Immoware24 system

• Assisting in and independently creating operating cost statements

• Building expertise in the field of property management

• Maintaining accuracy in the company’s system and ensuring thorough documentation of processes

• Adopting a customer-centric approach in thought and action

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in accounting – understanding of accounts payable and receivable is essential

• Strong communication skills in German (fluent both written and spoken)

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with one or more billing systems

• High willingness to learn and a strong commitment

• Career changers are welcome, provided they have completed training or a degree
