This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop the assigned course(s) in Blackboard with all necessary elements by the specified deadline.

• Deliver around 12-14 hours of instruction weekly across five days for each course.

• Lead discussions, evaluate student work, manage email communications, engage in tailored retention efforts, reach out to support student achievement, and respond to student questions.

• Address all communications from students, supervisors, colleagues, and others within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Encourage discussions through meaningful, high-quality posts, advanced questioning techniques, and additional resources.

• Keep the grade book updated weekly by Thursday at 11:59 pm ET for Weeks 1-6.

• Assess student submissions, follow grading rubrics, and offer comprehensive, personalized feedback.

• Adhere to the final grades submission deadline for each course each session, which is Thursday at 9:00 am ET following the last day of class.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (preferred) or a higher qualification in a healthcare discipline.

• Possession of one of the following nationally recognized AHIMA certifications is required: CCA certification, CCS certification, or CCS-P certification.

• A minimum of 3 professional references, including their phone numbers and email addresses, is necessary.
