Online Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Recording incoming payments from clients (property owners)

• Documenting outgoing payments to the relevant accounts within the Immoware24 system

• Assisting in the independent preparation of service charge statements

• Cultivating specialized knowledge in property management

• Ensuring accuracy in the company’s internal system and meticulously documenting processes

• Adopting a customer-focused approach

• Providing support to clients, mainly property owners in Germany

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in accounting

• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Comfortable using computers

• Hands-on experience with one or more billing systems

• Strong eagerness to learn and a high degree of commitment

• Career changers are encouraged to apply; a completed vocational qualification or degree is necessary
