Onestream System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Report to the Global Accounting Compliance Controller

• Oversee and manage the Onestream system

• Ensure the system's integrity, performance, and reliability

• Diagnose and resolve system-related issues

• Assist end users and promote system enhancements

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial control and reporting processes

• Utilize automation and AI functionalities within Onestream

• Create documentation and develop training for users

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in administering the Onestream system

• Proficient in Excel and other Office 365 tools

• Understanding of accounting principles and concepts

• Knowledge of fundamental financial processes and best practices

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues

• Experience in business partnering

• Background in user training and developing system roadmaps

• Experience in documenting processes and procedures

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Degree level education or equivalent

• Familiarity with AI- or automation-enhanced finance tools (desirable)

• Experience in supporting system upgrades, testing cycles, or UAT (desirable)
