OneStream Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Riveron team members to create impactful OneStream solutions.

• Oversee client-specific monthly Administrative and Managed Service requirements, which include daily Helpdesk support, Application Performance Monitoring, Month End Close and Consolidation Tasks, Budget/Forecast Tasks, Enhanced/New Report development, and Client Training and Documentation.

• Work alongside Riveron team members to identify business requirements and convert them into specific OneStream functionalities.

• Support workshops aimed at defining the implementation strategy.

• Lead or assist implementation teams in executing the implementation process.

• Ensure the completion of tasks, milestones, and components, which include functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements.

• Lead or assist in other engagement quality assurance initiatives to ensure a superior implementation.

• Define integration requirements and work with integration teams to connect external applications with OneStream.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS).

• Over 5 years of experience in the implementation or optimization of OneStream or other CPM solutions (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive, etc.).

• Successful completion of multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations or other CPM solutions (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive, etc.).

• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and effectively implementing a OneStream solution.

• Proficiency in vb.net, Visual Basic, or C# and experience in business rule writing.

• Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements.

• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures, including financial close, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and account reconciliation.

• Familiarity with delivery methodology and project management practices.

• Ability to lead teams in implementing solutions according to design and architecture.

• Experience facilitating customer workshops to educate clients on the latest technological trends and best practices.

• Strong verbal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to make recommendations to various audiences, including client leadership and internal teams.

• Broad knowledge and capability in one or more OneStream Marketplace solutions.

• OneStream Certification or better is required.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Products and data modeling.

• Experience with Hyperion EPM/CPM is a plus.
