This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
β’ Navigate and address challenges within accounts to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled with effective, customized solutions.
β’ Develop a strategic territory plan by aligning common priorities and utilizing insights and tactics that enhance product demand and promote improved patient outcomes.
β’ Collaborate proactively with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to meet customer requirements and provide access support.
β’ Leverage territory data and market trends to discover local insights, support pull-through initiatives, and lead impactful customer interactions.
β’ Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to address complex challenges and collaborate across functions to fulfill customer needs.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required from an accredited four-year college or university.
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries, particularly with large, geographically dispersed sales teams, within the last five years.
β’ A proven track record of consistently high performance in navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customers.
β’ A self-starter with analytical skills to seek out, prioritize, and utilize relevant information to address problems and meet the needs of key customers.
β’ Willingness to travel 60-80% across a wide geography, with the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
β’ A valid driverβs license is mandatory.
