This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
β’ Provide expertise in the designated therapeutic area/product across a wide range of Medical customer segments and initiatives within an assigned territory (MA, CT, NH, VT, RI, ME, Upstate NY).
β’ Strategically plan and implement Medical engagement for suitable assigned customers within the territory.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant therapeutic areas/disease states and Pfizer medications.
β’ Act as a resource for Medical Information and customer insights.
β’ Grasp the priorities of Pfizer Medical Affairs to aid in the development of Medical content strategy and execute aligned Field Medical tactics.
β’ Exhibit proficiency in communication across various channels.
β’ Enhance the patient-centricity of Medical communications and deliverables.
β’ MD or DO Degree is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
β’ Recognized subject matter expert in breast oncology or other solid tumors, including gynecologic oncology, among internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrate a range of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers to create a business impact.
β’ Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
β’ Show outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to comprehend and address the demands of multiple external and internal customers while managing conflict constructively.
β’ Oversee a significant volume of projects developed in a remote setting, demonstrating prioritization, successful implementation, and sound judgment while thriving in a continuous improvement environment.
β’ Collaborate within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team to develop strong professional relationships with Pfizer and customers that align with Pfizer Medical objectives.
β’ Navigate and lead through change in a dynamic and evolving external healthcare environment.
β’ Display change agility; be open to new opportunities (e.g., new therapeutic areas) and adaptable to organizational shifts.
β’ Engage in problem-solving and network enterprise-wide as needed to identify solutions.
