This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Provide compliant, scientifically-based promotional communications that aid Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in meeting patient needs.
• Engage clients with a wide array of pertinent content, encompassing disease state education and product-related information.
• Serve as a primary point of contact (POC) for smooth and compliant access to Pfizer subject matter experts (SMEs) and resources when necessary.
• Assist customers in embracing Pfizer's evolving customer engagement model and digital platforms.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences concerning content and communication channels to deliver an optimal customer experience.
• Forge and sustain robust relationships with HCPs in designated territories through both in-person and virtual engagements.
• Acquire a deep comprehension of customer and patient needs, customize relevant product information, and link customers with suitable Pfizer resources.
• Deliver precise, balanced, and approved product information in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Consistently enhance awareness of external market dynamics, healthcare trends, and customer needs to generate valuable insights.
• Oversee performance against established business objectives and performance targets while adhering to Legal, Medical, Regulatory, and company requirements.
• Guarantee that appropriate commercial support is extended for relevant Pfizer medicines within assigned accounts.
• Communicate pertinent product, brand, and therapeutic area updates to Healthcare Professionals.
• Articulate value propositions across multiple products and therapeutic areas effectively.
• Build trusted relationships and successfully navigate the complex landscape of healthcare stakeholders in both hospital and community settings.
• Identify customer challenges and relay meaningful insights back to the organization to facilitate the development of solutions that enhance patient care.
• Act as a single point of contact for relevant Pfizer medicines within assigned customer accounts.
• Demonstrate an understanding of how Pfizer's products and therapeutic areas interrelate in meeting patient needs.
• Modify engagement strategies and priorities in response to changing customer and patient needs.
• Advocate for a customer-centric and holistic approach to supporting HCPs and patient care across relevant Pfizer brands and therapeutic areas.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to cultivate trusted and sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, able to connect clinical, market, and customer insights to business opportunities.
• High learning agility and a commitment to continuously enhancing scientific, digital, and business competencies.
• Proficient in strategic thinking and planning.
• Adaptability, resilience, and effective problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to drive results and manage resources effectively.
• Proficient in engaging customers through both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
