This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and design of award-winning websites for luxury real estate professionals.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients to comprehend their business and brand identity.

• Convert client visions into actionable plans for internal teams.

• Act as a brand ambassador and project manager throughout the onboarding phase.

• Acquire expertise in products, processes, and tools to provide an outstanding website experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations within a design firm.

• Proven success in internships or roles within fast-paced, high-volume settings.

• Organized client communications, meetings, and project management.

• Experience in catering to client needs and providing exceptional service.

• A positive attitude, competitive nature, and warm disposition.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress is advantageous.

• A keen interest in the luxury real estate sector (passion is a plus).
